Youth Homelessness

This program is for young people 18 – 24 years old who have experienced domestic violence and are homeless or at risk of being homeless.  YHDP uses a client driven approach – supporting the young adults to find safe housing, learn skills, increase their education and experience healthy relationships.  The participants can be supported for up to 2 years as they move forward into their lives.

 

Program Requirements

Be 18-24 years of age.

Experienced domestic violence

Homeless or at risk of homelessness
