Parent Partners

Parent Partners mentor parents who are currently navigating through HHS as their children are in foster or kinship care.  Parent Partners are individuals that have overcome obstacles through change, recovery, and accountability, and then use their skills to mentor others involved with HHS.  Parent Partners demonstrate advocacy and effective communication, while holding families accountable in meeting their case plan goals.

Services are available statewide to those referred by HHS or meeting HHS criteria. 

This a state contracted support, offered at no cost to participants.
