Therapy Services

CFI offers a range of outpatient mental health services. You will receive comprehensive mental health care, including collaborating with primary care physicians if medications are needed. This ensures you’ll receive the best care. Therapy services are available at CFI locations and via telehealth.

Therapy services and types of therapy offered include:

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing)

EMDR is an evidence-based practice that utilizes bilateral stimulation to help both children and adults alleviate distress associated with traumatic experiences.

Child-Parent Psychotherapy (CPP)

This evidence-based and family-oriented approach reduces the impact of infant and early childhood trauma, separations, or loss for children from birth to age five. CPP is a relationship-based therapy model that builds safety, attachment, and security between parents/caregivers and the child.

Art Therapy

Art therapy is an alternative to talk therapy that incorporates creative methods of expression through visual art media. This form of therapy helps people to use creativity and self-expression to support their mental health and can be effective for children, adolescents, and adults.

Virtual Therapy

Telehealth therapy is available online for those in rural areas or those wanting to receive support in the comfort of their own homes. This service allows us to serve individuals across the state.
