Whatever brought you here, I want you to know that you deserve healing and connection. My role as a therapist is to provide you with an affirming and enjoyable space to explore past experiences, present situations, and future goals in a safe way. Healing can happen with healthy connections to oneself and others, and healthy connections can lead to great healing. Fostering a collaborative, supportive, encouraging, and trusting therapeutic relationship with you is important to me. I often integrate person-centered, attachment-focused, holistic, and trauma-informed therapeutic approaches in sessions. I enjoy creating a comfortable space for you to incorporate storytelling, creative expression, playfulness, movement, mindfulness and guided meditation into session as you explore who you are and how you can reach your treatment goals.

I have experience working with clients ages 4 through the lifespan. I have supported clients regarding attachment concerns, ADHD, Autism, navigating disability in an often ableist society, life following a TBI (traumatic brain injury), identity exploration, trauma (including complex developmental and attachment trauma), anxiety, depression (including postpartum depression), grief and loss, and infertility. I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and their caregivers as they heal both individually and collectively. I am trained in EMDR and Integrative Attachment Family Therapy and hold a 200RYT (Registered Yoga Instructor Training Certificate). My experience working within the medical model for over a decade has afforded me additional knowledge to approach clients with a unique and holistic lens, including an interest in neuroscience.

It takes courage to make the initial step towards healing. When you are ready, I hope you feel welcomed, accepted, and valued in whatever therapeutic space you find your best fit. Life can be unpredictable at times; it’s in those moments that it can be comforting to know you have someone in your corner cheering for you. I will be honored to walk alongside you and support you as you develop skills and insights to navigate this adventure that we call life.
