Welcome! I am so glad you are here with me. I strive to provide a safe and welcoming space for my clients. My approach to treatment is driven by my passion for helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. I offer respectful and honest collaborations with individuals looking to explore their struggles and goals.
I have experience working with clients of various ages and backgrounds and across the spectrum of gender and sexuality. I firmly believe in the potential for personal growth and positive change in every individual facing challenges with substance abuse. People have the ability to overcome addiction and make transformative changes in their lives, and I want to be part of that journey with you.
I graduated from the University of Northern Iowa where I studied Human Behavior Sciences, received my Bachelor of Arts in Family Services and Mental Health, and was certified in Youth Mental Health First Aid. Outside my profession, I enjoy a good thriller mystery novel/movie, listening to Taylor Swift, exploring new restaurants, and cuddling with my cat named Beary. I look forward to meeting you soon!
