Tracking and Monitoring focuses on ensuring community safety while connecting youth and their caregivers with additional resources and support aimed at reducing the risk of reoffending. Gender-specific services are also available for teen girls referred through JCS including specialized court programming and Girls’ Circle facilitation. Tracking & Monitoring (T&M) Program serves Polk County youth referred by the 5th Judicial District’s Juvenile Court Services.
