The Holiday Shop donations will be accepted starting Friday, November 17th.
At this time we have a need for gifts for teenagers, parents, and household items. Our current stock of coats should be enough to get us through to Dec 22nd. The ability for these parents, caretakers, and families to have access to these items will relieve some of the stress and allow them to experience the holidays as everyone else does in a safe environment full of joy.
This program allows CFI clients to choose gifts for their kids and family, get cleaning supplies and household items, and replenish their pantry with nonperishable food, alleviating some of their struggles during the holiday season.
Donation Deliveries:
Please deliver donations to: Children & Families of Iowa, 1111 University Ave., Des Moines, Iowa
Beginning November 17, Monday-Thursday – 9:00 AM-4:00 PM, Friday 9:00 AM-1:00 PM
A wrapping station will be available for the families to wrap their gifts. We are also requesting donations of wrapping paper, tape, bows and gift tags.
