This session will explore the hidden emotional weight carried by professionals working with family violence as they help families heal from trauma – often while working within a system that can unintentionally cause further harm. Together, we’ll reflect on the idea of moral injury and share practical ways to process the emotional impact of this work, helping us return to a place of self-compassion and kindness towards our colleagues.
