Children & Families of Iowa (CFI) is excited to be one of 22 recipients of a grant from the Warren County Philanthropic Partnership in 2019.

Warren County Philanthropic Partnership’s grant of $3,080 to CFI will help to keep families safe in Warren County through the purchase of SafeCare program materials. The grant was presented at a reception on May 7, 2019 at the Legacy Clubhouse in Norwalk.

SafeCare is an evidence-based curriculum used by CFI’s in-home counselors. The SafeCare curriculum enables staff to serve families even more effectively and as a result, keep children safe and parents educated and informed.

Warren County Philanthropic Partnership awarded $108,465 in grants to organizations in Warren County this year. Those grant dollars will be invested back into Warren County communities to complete projects totaling more than half a million dollars.
