Des Moines, Iowa – Children & Families of Iowa (CFI) is pleased to have received $25,000 from the W.T. and Edna M. Dahl Trust toward CFI’s Building Futures Capital Campaign.
The Dahls’ investment will be used to assist with renovations of CFI’s Des Moines facilities. These funds will allow CFI to keep helping thousands of children and families every year by bringing hope to those in need.
“Children & Families of Iowa is grateful for the support shown to us by the Dahl Trust,” says Amy Stapp-Arpy, CFI Director of Development and Communications. “Contributions like these ensure that our facilities are maintained and our programs are able to provide the best possible service to our clients.”
The Building Futures Capital Campaign continues to bring in much needed funding for agency facility renovations. CFI is currently more than 84 percent towards the total capital fundraising goal.
“The W.T. and Edna M. Dahl Trust became a private foundation in 2008 and is dedicated to local philanthropy,” says Paul Tyler, Dahl Trust Trustee. “CFI’s mission of supporting the community and raising up its residents makes it exactly the kind of organization the Trust is greatly enthused to support.”
