Children & Families of Iowa is one of the top familiy services organizations in Iowa. We have been serving Iowa for over 120 years, providing care for everyone from babies who need a safe home to those dealing with end-of-life grief. We help people who literally have nothing and nowhere to turn, and we help those who just need a little help to make long-lasting, positive changes in their lives. We restore hope for victims of domestic violence, build futures for at-risk teens and children, and change lives for families in crisis.

Children & Families of Iowa has been recognized for our outstanding service to the community and ability to respond to the needs of Iowans: 

• We hold dozens of contracts with the state and various counties.
• We are a United Way partner agency, and therefore held to high standards in our programs.
• We partner with hundreds of local organizations to ensure we are delivering the highest level of care.
• All of our programs are accredited or licensed.
• Many of our programs, such as our services for victims of domestic violence, our programs for foster youth and our group homes, offer services unique in Iowa and in the communities they serve.
